“I came for an eye exam over 3 weeks ago and have not received a call, text, or email letting me know my lenses were ready. I've been calling for over a week, and the message says they will call you back within 48 hours. That never happened either. Finally, today when I called, someone actually answered the phone. My lenses have been ready - their machine was broken. A simple communique would have done the trick, but no - they couldn't be bothered. After spending $560 with them, I can now say I will not be a return customer. I thought it was awful high for an eye exam and lenses in my existing frame, but apparently it's not high enough for them to be bothered with customer service. Massive fail. Never again.”
